Undefeated Oregon held the CFP No. 1 ranking wire-to-wire, and the Ducks are the only non-SEC team at AP No. 1 this season (previously Texas, Alabama, and Georgia).
Ohio State opened the postseason with a 42-17 win over Tennessee in the CFP first round, advancing to a revenge game against No. 1 Oregon at the Rose Bowl.
