CFP Semifinals week sees Ohio State favored by a touchdown over Texas in the midweek Vegas line.

Ohio State (12-2) averages 40+ points per game in the playoffs, winning 42-17 against visiting Tennesse in the first round and 41-21 against Big Ten Champ Oregon at the Rose Bowl in the quarterfinals.

Texas (13-2) opened the playoffs with a 38-24 win against visiting Clemson in the first round, and a 39-31 win against Big 12 Champ Arizona State at the Peach Bowl in the quarterfinals.
